Hello firstly update drivers for the TV card.
Here is the how to on XBOX and it also contains other links and troubleshoot guides:Xbox.com | System Setup - Connect Xbox 360 To TV/HDTV Do not forget you also have to use XBOX360 dashboard to setup also.

Hi, my name’s Cody, and I’m working with the Windows Outreach Team to help answer questions that users might have. Something you might want to try is downloading the latest version of Windows Media Player, which is version 11. It actually eliminates the need to have a Media Center PC running. Hopefully, that helps. Here’s a link that shows some more general tips on connecting the PC to your Xbox 360: http://www.xbox.com/en-us/support/systemuse/xbox360/digitalmedia/pc.htm Let me know if this works! I’d be glad to try and help if you still have trouble getting it working. Thanks, Cody Windows Media Outreach Team |

You can connect the Xbox 360 to your PC monitor using the first-party VGA cable, available at this link: Xbox.com | Xbox 360 - Xbox 360? VGA HD AV Cable If you are simply looking to connect your Xbox to your PC, and you are running Windows, all you need to do is enable sharing either using Windows Media Player 11, Zune software, or Windows Media Connect. This link shows Microsoft’s detailed instructions for setting up media sharing: Xbox.com | System Use - Use a PC with Xbox 360 I hope this is helpful! Thanks, Cody Windows Media Outreach Team |
