Im hoping someone can help me with this produdt i just bought. Its a digital video capture device fro nexxtech. It installed fine and i was able to get my analogue video into my pc but it also doubles as a video tuner. The problem im having is my video i loaded in and my tv feed all show up in black and white. Anyone have any ideas???

Hello Mike,
Firstly what is make and model of this card? Second what is make and model of your graphics card? Also have you updated drivers for this hardware and for your graphics card from manufacturers website? Have you tried to configure this via windows display? Do you have software installed to configure your TV tuner and graphics card? Does the TV tuner only connected to your TV or both your TV and computer monitor?

model is honestech tvr 3.0
cant rememger what video card im running but is is a decent one ddr3 or some **** video only shows up in black and white not sure how to configure anything so i could be a frustrating case for you |

Run this for me:http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html
It will give you make and model numbers. No need to open your computer up.Even going into device manager would give you this information.
