Usb Ports Not Working !!!

hello here is my problem.I have a Dell Dimension 9100.As i was doing work on my computer yesterday the mouse and keyboard stopped working.I tried taking mouse out and putting it in another usb port but nothing works.I cant use mouse or keyboard.can some one pls help.Much appreciated.

Hello,you may need to update your drivers.

Open device manager and update all USB devices.

You may need to download your computers latest chips set to get the USB drivers to install.

What is make and model of your computer and lets see what we can do for you?
