Default new 5 buttun mouse

Hello, i recently brought a new 5 button mouse (trust mi-1500x) when i first turn on my computer it works fine. But if i put it in standby mode it doesn't work properly after, the scroll wheel and 2 side buttons no longer work, the cursor moves slower than it did before standby (prob bout same as my old mouse) and the scroll wheel button will not open new tabs. Thanks in advance

Hey OakesE,

Is this something that just started, was the mouse performing properly before, or is this ongoing as long as you have had it?

Looking forward to your reply,

TTFN

Hi,what operating sytem are you using?

Do you have the mouse software installed seprate from the windows settings?

However in my experience trust products such as there mice I do not belive are of a good standard.Myself I would return the mouse and buy a logitec.

Did you buy it from Tesco?

Ok this could be corrupt driver issues.Do you have another mouse to plugin just for now?

Normaly the software creates an icon on the taskbar.

Ok I need you to plugin a diffrent mouse if possible.I want you to go to device manager and uninstall the Trust mouse drivers.

Right click my computer/choose properties/hardware tab/device manager.Locate your mouse.Right click on your mouse and choose uninstall driver.

Download the XP one in the list:Trust - PS/2 Mouse MI-1500X and run it lets see if it installs the extra software.
