The PSU supplied with your case is on the underpowered side. It has two +12 volt rails (sources) rated at 17 amps each. One can only be connected to supply power for the CPU. The other one is for powering the video card, HDD's, Optical drives, fans, etc. The video card you bought has a minimum requirement of 12.5 amps, so that leaves only 4.5 amps (54 watts) to supply power for all the other devices (except the CPU) in your computer that need +12 volts. IMHO that's not enough.
