Default How can I stay in business?

I have to send my new (3 months old) computer in for repair. Bad MB and/or video card. I am going to be without it for about 2 weeks. Unfortunately for me, I run my business from that PC, and without it, I'm out of work.
My first instinct was to purchase an external HD. Seagate puts out the FreeAgent, which comes with Ceedo, and has Argo available. The concept is perfect. Run my entire desktop from the External drive, and when I get my PC back, I can unplug it from the borrowed PC or notebook, reload it into my computer, and it leaves no trace of itself on the borrowed PC.
Unfortunately, my business app doesn't run on Ceedo or Argo. So now I'm back to square one. Are there other external drives thatcan run like the Seagate FreeAgent?Does anyone have any other options for me? Thanks.

My business app is called Maximizer CRM 10 Entrepreneur. It runs on MS SQL Server 2005. Beyond that, its fairly simple. I use Word, IE and Windows Mail

I can see putting together a cheap tower, but I would still need to put in Windows OS. By the time I'm done, I've spent about $300. Thats about the price of a new e-Machine locally, that will collect dust in the corner, when I'm done. (I've got 3 very old computers doing that now). Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a simple and/or cheap way out of this type of mess. Believe it or not, even renting one would run me from $100 to $175.
Its a frustrating thing to happen.

Yes it is frustrating... but if you make the investment in the second PC-- you could use it for Daily onsite backup-- that way you would have a full copy of all your work done every day... so if there is a problem again you are covered-- you just move operations to the other PC while your main is fixed-- or replaced.
This could be done automatically -- so you would not even have to think about it.
