i recently bought a notebook ASUS X70L with build-in webcam. when i try to access the cam in MSN, the program said that the camera is used by another program.

I can't figure out which program uses the webcam. Can someone help me out??

Welcome to PCHF. Sorry for the delayed reply to your posting.

Since the webcam is not being started by you, you might have a bug in your computer that is causing it to be started.

Please click on the Pre-work link in my signature and follow the directions.

Our Security people might be able to identify what is causing the error and help you remove it from your computer.
