The only other thing I can think of that you can check is the power running into the pc. Try replacing the power lead. If you have the pc plugged into a power board try plugging straight into the wall. Try a different wall socket. If you have a UPS disconnect it and see if that helps your problem.

its not a heat issue my cpu temps are 41 degrees under load and the gpu is running at around 73 degrees under load
Your graphics should be below 73@ load. Try pointing some fans on your gpu to reduce that and see if it helps. Nice cpu temp though. Is your system overclocked?
