Sorry to b-u-m (why is bu-tt censored? O.o, and apparently b-um is too..) in, but to me it sounds like your hard drive is going screwy. Of course I could be wrong, but I very highly doubt it's your video card or any other hardware. Especially if you've reinstalled several times. A video card issue would give you IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS or something of the sort, or show you screwed up screens, or not show a screen at all.

STOP Messages 0x00000077 and 0x0000007A are related kernel traps that are caused when the operating system tries to load a page into memory from the paging file on the hard disk, but cannot access the page because of either a software or hardware failure.

If you experience this issue more than one time, contact your computer or hard disk vendor.
The following are all common causes of STOP Messages 0x00000077 and 0x0000007A:
•The paging file contained a bad block. •If the page file is on a SCSI device, the trap could have been caused by improper termination. •Bad cabling from hard disk to controller. •An error on the disk controller. •Running out of non-paged pool resources on the server.

Stop 0x7A is usually caused by a bad block (sector) in a paging file, a virus, a disk controller error, or failing RAM. In rare cases, it is caused when nonpaged pool resources run out. It is also caused by defective hardware.

I would run recovery console as madmonkey sugested.

I think that would reinforce my point that your HD may be bad

Do you have a spare you can borrow/try and see if it fixes the issue(s)?

HDD is a pointless test at the moment, since Alex doesn't have a CD Key is this correct?

There are without a doubt hardware problems here, but I think RAM is just as likely. Faulty RAM can cause both the 7A Blue Screen of Death, and also HDD data corruption. I'm hoping that Alex is able to follow the instructions for the Recovery Console and get me that log of the 7A Blue Screen of Death, so that I can find the most likely cause to this problem.

I fixed the start-up problem. I still cannot download the speedfan thing, how long do I have to wait until it pops-up?

It comes up immediately. Are you using Internet Explorer and do you have any popup blockers installed on your PC? I think the most important one at the moment is your Blue Screen log/dump file.
