maybe an old port for a scanner or other device do you have a picture of the board? and how many pins I can't see it properly

It's an ISA i/O card it could have been used for a few different things like old tape backup, old security camera or scanner even maybe to communicate with a PCL not sure which one it's for exactly

After a little research I found out it's a DB37 port
