All other Hardware - BIOS problems PXE-61 failure posted in the Hardware forums; I have downloaded the update of the BIOS but it is the procedure that I want help with if that is the cause of the message I am getting...

I have downloaded the update of the BIOS but it is the procedure that I want help with if that is the cause of the message I am getting

Download and save then put to cd or floppy.Then use the disk or floppy to install?
What error?
