Question Another Blue Screen.
I assumed it was a hardware problem, Judjing by what I read on the blue screen... >_<

I Plugged in My Creative Zen About a week ago, and my pc showed up that a programme tried to access the read only memory, and that windows shut down.
I looked up the file, to no avail.
I reinstalled the drivers, again no luck.
I tried a system restore, in the vain hope that something would happen.

Can anyone help me out?

(sorry if this post is in the wrong place)

Problem is, the event is a 1003
not a 1001
there was no dump of memory.

Do you have SP2 installed? There was a hotfix for 1003 errors in SP2 - also, try adjusting the size of your paging file/virtual memory.
