Hello,
Is there a way to tell by looking at SATA cables if one is SATA I or SATA II? I purchased a SATA I cable on accident and I would like to know if in this new computer we got, if it uses a SATA I cable or SATA II cable...

I bought this cable: Newegg.com - ORION Pro Series 18" 180 and 90-Degree-Angled, SATA (SERIAL ATA 150) Cable, 2-Head Model 700-201-05 - Retail Will that cable support the 3.0Gb/s transfer rates? -Owner |
