Default Startup:power/chassis fan is abnormal

Every time I startup my PC i receive this alert as soon as the PC boots(and I hear a beep followed by two more beeps). It keeps saying that the Power fan and the chassis fan are acting abnormal, but all the fans in the PC are working fine. Is there a reason I am getting this error? Could it be the fans are not correctly connected?(I check all the connections and everything is secure so I don't know about that...) Any help would obviously be appreciated, thanks.

Is this the same system youre talking about on the Random Restarts?
Sounds like a shotty PSU (power supply unit) to me, like its going down the drain.
Swap out PSU's with another one, known working if you can, see if that fixes your problem.
If you dont know how, report back here, ill tell you.
