Hi,
My mobo is an ECS KN1 SLi Lite
it has 2 8x pci-e slots and not 2 16x ones... if i buy a gf 8800gt will that card work in a x8 slot? also will the performance be ok? cheers

Performance will be nearly the same, won't see a significant/notice-able drop, it'll run fine.

 and you're sure a 8800gt will run on a x8 slot? cos i have seen that the GTX's will not run on a x8 ... is it the same for a gt?

GTXs will run in 8x, just make sure you have all the cables plugged into it

Eh.. yea.. Between 450W and 600W is recommended.
You can try, but I doubt it'll be sufficient
