Default I cannot watch any video clips, they freeze

Hi all,

Anyone know how to fix this problem. I was about to enjoy my animation from Crunchyroll.com, at very beginning of the intro song, the video freeze and it wouldn't continue on. I noticed that the video continues to load but the video just wouldn't play on where it stops.

Please help me out I tried to go on other web sites but they have the same effect. I just simply cannot play any video clips

Thanks for all your suggestions
Joe

Hi there and welcome to PC Help Forum

Can we start by having you download and install the important bits;

Download Free Java Software
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/downl...ShockwaveFlash

When you have downloaded and updated both of these, re-boot and test.

Hi Hengis,

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried to install the Java through the link you gave me but there was an error message box popped up on the screen. It said some sort of internal error occurred. The internal error was coded 2229. I have no idea what it means. Actually, I recently find that my computer was having this problem with updating the Java. Would it solve this problem if I remove the Java on the computer and reinstall it again?

Again thank you so much for your valuable suggestion

Regards,
Joe
