Default [Fixed] First time booting up motherboard.

I bought a Newegg.com - Foxconn NF4UK8AA-8EKRS 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail . Since it didnt have a onboard video card, I purchased a seperate geforce 7100gs. I installed the hardware into my case (psu / motherboard / 1gb ram / dvd drive / sata hd/ and the geforce) when I plug it in to setup bios/xp my monitor shows nothing but black screen.

How would I correct this problem so I can see my screen to setup bios/xp? When I turn it on, my keyboard wont power on and my dvd device won't open (once I plug it to the computer, if its power (450 watt) is just plugged, it opens and closes fine). All my fans run flawlesssly, my onboard chipsetfan and my cpu fan and I hear my hd booting up. There are no beeps and my jumpers are on default. <delete> or <f1> does not bring up anything mainly because my keyboard isnt powered...

All my hardware is brand new out of box except for keyboards/mouse/monitor but they all work flawlessly on my other pc. I was thinking that the motherboard could be doa.

Hi Do you have any other graphics cards you could try? So you are getting a post boot screen but can't get into the bios? Will the mainboard accept a PS2 keyboard?

I would think it would accept a usb keyboard since it has the slots.. I don't have any other graphics cards. What should I do?

Im just getting a black signal on one monitor (power saving mode) and a " no signal " on another.

No beep at all. Would there be something wrong with my jumpers or something?
