All other Hardware - pavilion a1120n wont start posted in the Hardware forums; The computer just quit all the sudden,it does nothing when i press the power button,but i discovered that when i disconnect the 4 prong adapter,2 yellow, 2 black(p7)? there coming ...

Exclamation pavilion a1120n wont start

The computer just quit all the sudden,it does nothing when i press the power button,but i discovered that when i disconnect the 4 prong adapter,2 yellow, 2 black(p7)? there coming from the power supply box from the motherboard the cpu fan,hard drive,power supply fan and the top cd writer not the bottom one all work.A computer tech guy looked at it tryed a new power supply box,and said it wasnt that with knowing that does anyone know what might be wrong.

You need to explain alittle better what you disconnected and left connected.
I would have said a psu also but did you swap it out with a known working one?
