Hi, I currently have a fairly basic computer running with a radeon 9800pro graphics card. I dont know much about graphics cards but my new computer comes with a PCI Express x16 - ATI Radeon Xpress 1150. I guess all I want to know is is this a better card?

These are very very similar cards, not sure how much memory you have on those two, but the clock speeds are the same between them. The 9800 is probably the more popular, as it comes with 8 pixel pipelines as apposed to 4 with the 1150 which means better performance for it's clock speed.
