Default [Fixed] Can Anybody Help Plz

Hi all, ive just been given a pc which would no boot.

I figured it was the power supply as no fans ran etc.

After putting my own Power Supply Unit in from my pc it bootd but only posts and gets to the black bootup screen where i can press del to go to setup.

But when i press del or anything else it just doesnt do anything, its as if my keyboard isnt working at all.

Could this be a problem with the motherboard?

Also when i purn the Power Supply Unit on it automaticly swiches the pc on without using the power button??

This is what it gets to and i cant get past or get into bios.

Any help would be great.

Thanks in advance yozz.

Hi yozz is the keyboard USB or PS2? with some mainboards you require a PS2 keyboard for it to work a this point by looking at the picture.

I'm nearly 100% sure this is the problem you will need a PS2 keyboard "no adaptor" can you borow one to try they don't cost much about $12.00.
