BUT, I don't get any drive letter on file explorer for this hard disk. I know that the USB connection works find, when I connect a memory stick to the same USB, it shows it with a G or H drive letter.
What should I do? Shall I format the hard disk, and if so, how cand I do it if I don't have it shown on my drive letters.
