i installed the chipset drivers and the problem is still happening. should i somehow remove the old drivers and install the new ones?

is there anyway to tell if its overheating? and how can you stop overheating. sometimes the computer gets really hot just before it messes up.

i chatted with CompUsa and they evaluated the situation telling me that i had faulty ram, and i need a new ram card. could that be true?

You indicated your clock is 1.73GHz. I presume you are not overdriving the clock!
That could product excessive heat.

i have no idea what that means, nor do i know how to prevent overdriving from happening.. any more help?
