Default IRQ Conflicts and PSU

I've managed to get rid of all the conflicts once and I have to use the crappy onboard sound for now. The main one I want to fix is the USB ones bcoz my mouse is all jittery and I think it might be bcoz of the conflict.

My BIOS doesnt let me change individual IRQs

Hi Loki-- sorry for the delay ...you were overlooked somehow

Have you tried swapping the mouse to another USB port?
What mobo/bios is that -- it won't allow IRQ changes??
