Default General help with new build

Hi,

I have a few general questions on the build im doing. (My rig can be seen below).

*1. My psu only has one 120mm fan, which way should this be facing? I prosume the fan should face outside the case, as my coolmaster case has vent holes at the top. Ive never had a psu with only 1 fan so im just checking.

*2. My graphics card came with an adapter for the pci-e power feed. This adapter has a pci-e plug which joins to two 4 pin standard psu power plugs. Do i need to use this as my psu has pci-e plugs. Again im just checking as i really dont want to mess this up, but i prosume i just use the pci-e plugs on my psu, NOTE: im not using sli graphics. (yet)

I also have some airflow questions as i have 9 120mm fans in this case which i control from the front panel mods, but i'll leave that for another day.

Any help greatly appreciated =)

Yes, the fan should be facing the outside of your case.

Just use the pci-e plugs on your power supply, should be fine.

And as I said to someone with a similar rig the other day, It's rubbish you should send it to me

Nice rig

That's almost as bad as me, I swear I'll never get any money saved, If it doesn't go on music it goes on computer stuff or car/bike mags.

£5 a walk? Where do I get a job, 5 dogs at a time each hour == £loaded [by comparison]
