A friend came over with a his Dell latitude CPi and asked me if i could install an OS on it.
Anyways when i turn on the lapton this is all i get

well i press F2 and it just sits there? Ive gotten into the setup once but made the mistake of hiting excape. The laptop did come with a windows 98 setup disk. Anyways i dont really know whta to do at this point any help?
