Default [Resolved] PC continually restarts or freezes

I know this has been posted before but its proving difficult to read through the posts when my computer keeps restarting and freezing. I have tried reinstalling windows, my gfx card
and updating the drivers but the problem still occurs. Im pretty certain its not an overheating problem but nevertheless here are the temps: System 31c CPU 26c Core 37c.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Welcome to the PCHF.

Suggest you remove all the extra item on your PC.
Remove any Video card.
Remove any Sound card.
Remove the Internet connection.
Remove an USB connections.

Strip your PC to it's basic configuration.

Now try booting up your computer.

If it works, reinstall each item one at a time, starting with your internet connection until your PC stops working. Whatever you installed last is probably your bad item.

Remember to install new drivers as you install the components.

Good Luck....

Hey Moley,

Welcome to PCHF.

Can you go to My Computer, Control Panel, System, Advanced tab, and click on Advanced under "Startup and Recovery". Untick "Automatically Restart".

Post and error messages you see next time this happens, and also have a look a BSOD's on my signature to post a dump/log file for analysis.

Try this ready for the next BSOD you get, go to My Computer, Control Panel, System, Advanced tab, and click on Advanced under "Startup and Recovery". Under write debugging information", change Complete memory dump to Small memory dump.
