Hi guys sorry its take so long to reply back, iv been skint for a few months, have finally got a new psu and new ram and new tower. The ram is crucial 2gb matched and the power unit is Be Quiet dark power pro 750w, and guess what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It still hasnt sorted my problem of crashing or freezing or whatever. My next thing is a new hard drive i have spoke to a few firends and they have suggested buying a decent hard drive so im going to do that then if that dont work new motherboard and processor as it will be am2 will have to get new ram again and finally if that dont work then a new grahpics card. But please if anyone has any more suggestions your quite welcome.

Peace Out
Bego
