yes but if your gonna get vista at some point (maybe) then you will be better off getting an 8800 instead even though not 1024mb the 'architecture' is better and it is far superiror to the 7950.

I see - the thing is though that processor is very expensive and wouldnt have an extreme performance gain over this

If i was you i would just get the 4600 rather than the 5600 otherwise your basically wasting money - but its up to you
