Hmm...

I would go for more RAM at least 1gb.
Intel Core2Duo processors are better than Pentium D's for a little bit more money.
An Asus moob - P5B is cheap

The rest really depends on what your budget is and what your uses for it will be?

Hello yeakyau, and welcome to the forum.
Heres a guide, and some pretty good info and suggestions for building your own pc. Like upgrader said, the budget part depends on what you plan to do with it, how fast/fancy you want, and how much your willing to spend on it:
