Hey!
I lent my brother, my laptop, whilst i was away. And he rang me saying sorry...
I got back to find he had put a memory card in the card reader. And its not one thats suppose to fit. Its one of those ones from a sony erricson phone. Anyway, He tried to pull it out with some tweezers, and has ended up pushing it all the way back in!!!

So i don't know what the hell he's shoved in it. My Laptop is a Toshiba Qosimo G30. It hasn't picked up anything off the card, so i assume its not connected.

How the Hell do i go about getting this out, whitout having to pay a ton to get it done professionally?
Any replies are much appreciated.

Another thing, There is an adapter that comes with the memory card... He obviously hasn't used that. I its a sony Memory Stick Duo Adapter..

How old is the laptop? Those all in one card readers have only recently become overly popular, so the laptop itself may still be in warranty.

If that's the case - you might be able to get it repaired for free...

Unfortunately due to the fact that this issue is hardware related and not something software that we can advise on cheaper alternatives - there is no trading quality toshiba authorised repair agencies.

I'd talk to your brother and see if he's willing to help pay to get it repaired (if needs be).

Its brand new, There newest Qosmio model. And i purchased extended warranty and insurance. Ill get in touch with them.
