Hi all,

First time posting. Hope you can help.
Problem I have is new PC with XP Media Centre, on start up system bleep's once then nothing for 10-15min. Only thing on display for this time is the Intel logo and options at bottom of screen, E.G Del or F1 to enter set up and so on. Problem is the keyboard does not work during the 10-15min start up.

Once the time has gone the system starts no problem and work's fine, but if I need to resatrt or even bring the system out of hibernation it takes 10-15min.
PC is Advent T9307
Intel Dual Core 2 Duo E6300 1.8
1GB DDR2 Ram
320GB HDD
256MB Radeon X1650 card

Any Help????

Can you try;

a) Another keyboard
b) another slot for the keyboard

As this is a new PC - did you speak to the manufacturer/seller yet? I assume there is a comprehensive warranty?
