wen i press del at start up an go into bios it lets me in but wen i try save an exit the screen freezes......im told thers a jumper an the mother board wich allows u to do this. is this true an how wud i stop it?

There isn't a jumper that iwll let you save it, or crash it..but there is a jumper on the board that will reset your BIOS...which may fix the problem...or you could try flashing your bios.

Depending on your motherboard, the jumper is different.
Just remove the battery for 15 seconds and replace it - this is as good as using the jumper

it worked. lol....4 months of not been able to use my bios or cmos an all i had to do was that...
