I've edited your post a bit to give a better overview on what you're choices are.

I personally prefer AMD, and beside that processor and the mainboard there's not much more difference right?

Surely others will give there suggestions soon.

Unfortunatly, the CPU's you've chosen for your AMD board are not AM2...
they are dual core, but not the new chip.

Processor Support: Socket AM2 for AMD Athlon™ 64 FX / Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual-Core / Athlon™ 64 / Sempron™ processor. Doesnt that mean that it will support Socket AM2 Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual-Core ?
