I think this problem firstly occured when i switched my motherboard by myself.
I haven't put all the tiny cables in the motherboard's panel,so i open my PC by touching one of them.
Anyway,the problem is that if i don't put a fan near my PC,it will freeze badly.And by saying badly,i mean not even the caps lock lid will light up.

The problem starts like this :
The pc lags for 2-5 seconds,and then everything stops,the PC freezes,and i listen to a ''klok'' of my PC and then it freezes.It's like my CPU is stopping to work.

I wasted much money for I bought many fans for my pc.
Fans for my CPU,VGA..

I want a solution that will involve not usage of money.lol.

I want a solid solution that will fix this serious problem please.

I know it's not normal.I can't even close my PC case.

Any tips?Maybe a BIOS configuration will fix it?Maybe i have to lower some speed or something.

Is it doing this from a cold startup? If you have heat issues from a cold start, id say you have some wires wrong , jumpers wrong, something plugged in where it shouldnt be, and i wouldnt try to run it till i doublechecked everything. If you have the manual for the motherboard, or can download it, doublecheck all of your connections, and jumpers. Did you use thermal compound between the cpu and heatsink? Did you switch motherboards because of a failure, or just upgrade, was it giving any of this type problem with the old board? Please post your system specs, and that may help the staff help you.

Why do you believe it's an overheating issue? what temps is the cpu reporting ?

I changed my motherboard because I tried to install a CPU cooler and ended up with a ''dead'' motherboard.
So,i have put all of the cables on the motherboard's panel except one,which i use to open it by touching one pin and letting go.

So...shall I seek for the panel positions?If it was misplaced,would it not start at all ?
And any BIOS help?What should I modify?And before you ask,no,i did not change anything in the BIOS...Should I have changed anything?I mean,after adding two coolers (VGA+CPU) and after changing my motherboard,i haven't changed anything in the BIOS.

Important question. When you replaced the CPU cooler, did you put new thermal paste (compound) on?
This helps spread the heat to the cooler...if you didn't apply this stuff, you could very well be doing serious damage to your CPU.

While youre waiting on GaRHaR to get back to you, ill throw a couple of observations in. Your temps look ok to me, but you have some voltages that look a little low.

You say you ended up with a dead board after you installed a cpu cooler, now youre having problems with a new board, and pointing a fan at it seems to help. Try taking the cpu cooler off, and the other fans you say you added, and see if it still does the same thing. It could be a bad fan, since it doesnt sound like it was doing this before you added the cpu cooler.
As for the bios, your default settings on the new board should get you booted up ok. When you changed the motherboard, you changed the bios. Bios is resident on a chip on the motherboard, not on the hard drive. The only thing you should have to do to the bios, is change it to any special settings you may have had on the old board.
