I have a similar problem to this. I have upgraded my own pc.

Known good components are:
MOBO
PSU
HDD
Graphics Card
Sound Card

New components are:
CPU
Memory

It has been a while since I worked with PC Hardware, and am wondering if there is something I have missed. Perhaps I have wired the case to the MOBO wrong.

Buttons work, lights and fans come on, but nothing else, no beep, no drive spinning.

Any ideas guys?
