I bought a HP pavillion two years ago, and it's time for me to upgrade the RAM and graphics card. I was wondering if someone could give me some advice on which products to buy and as far as the graphics card goes, I would like to know if I can even upgrade without having to replace the motherboard since it is intergrated. Please help! Below is the direct link to exactly what my pc has.

Hi Circa, welcom eto the PCHF!
Your computer supports DDR (not ddr2) memory, and it supports AGP Graphics cards. As I'm not in the same country as you are, it's hard for me to find a decent website and advise which parts would be better from that website. Basically, if you're wanting to play games, i'd go for an extra 512mb of ram, and a AMD/ATI x850...this will match your computer quite nicely and round it out for games and anything else you'd want it for. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info I was really confused about the video card. Another question: I found decently priced 512 ram, but the only difference is the type is a 200 pin, but my specs says I have 184. Can I still use the 200 pin type with the one I have?

Hi circa, sorry about the delay in responding to you question.
Unfortunatly not. Memory is extremely specific. And as your specs are only 184 pin, then the 200pin memory wouldn't physically fit into the slots.
