Post Keyboard Overflow

Quick question, what determines how many keys can be pushed at one time? Like, say I want to hit sdfjkl at the same time and not have the computer angrily beep at me.

Hey G,

Is there a reason you want to hit seven keys at once? LOL

Seriously, this is usually a function of the program that you are in at the time. Or the programming of the keyboard, if you have one of those multimedia, needs a CD to operate, type of keyboards.

Looking forward to your reply,

Its for a game. It's a DDR type game where you have to hit certain keys at certain times. Sometimes I have to hit 4-6 keys at once and they don't all register.

As for the keyboard, it's just one of the old beige nothing special keyboards.

Hey G,

What's the game? Have you ever been able to get this to work? Do you have another keyboard you could give a try?

Looking forward to your reply,
