Hello can anyone please help with my problem , my parents computer every now and again - 9 or 10 times a day !! - will without warning just shut itself down , what happens is a blue screen appears with the message a critical error has occurred / dumping physical memory comes up, then it counts from 1 -100 , then reboots.

It is a relatively new system .

This could be a number of things causing the restart. Can you do me a favour, and follow the 'prework' link in my sig mate. We'll see if you have anything there you shouldn't. Also, could you run this application for us, to see if you have a heating problem?
