Monitor port riped out. Installed video card.

I have this HP where the place you insert the monitor has been riped out. I put a VC in it and it worked fine. It needed Windows XP reinstalled but after I got the copying files and it restarted nothing shows up anymore and I hear 2 beeps? Is this because Windows is no longer on there? What are my options now? Thanks!
