I just put together new pc
motherboard - asrock 939dual-sata2
cpu - amd 62 athlon 3200+
hdd - 120 and 40gig
ram - 1gig ddr pc3200
gfx - pci 128mb
now the problem is the monitor wont come on iv tried both pci and agp gfx card but with no
luck it still wont come on the mobo has pci-express but i dont have card to try not sure wot
the problem is here can any 1 help please.

If you have tried the monitor on other cards I am pointing towards a bad monitor.

When pluggin the monitor into the wall by itself does it power up (dont plug it in to your GPU)

Have you connected the 4-pins connector to your mainboard?

sorry about double post i found out that the problem was with the ram i put new ram in and it worked fine only the ram was working in pc b4 added new mobo + cpu thats why i didnt think of it b4.i got the dodgy ram in my other pc with another 1 the same i done a ram defrag and it has got errors is there any way to fix these faults?
