I have an email in to PNY as well, because there is actually very little that can be done with these sticks by troubleshooting. As you have reformatted the stick, and it is still not working, I think you are going to have to take PNY up on their offer to replace the unit. I'm really sorry, and I hope that you do not have anything too valuable on your stick that you cannot replace.
