Hi Aznlilboiz,

Have you checked your PSU for dust? The fan could be getting stuck.

What are you running hardware-wise, I don't think you should be at a shortage unless you're running quite a lot of things.

What sort of "funny noise" is it making? Can you descibe both the noise and exactly where it's coming from?

the sound is kind like zipping...kind make me feel like that the power is lending.....

and sometime it make my computer frozen..

by the way, when i moving my mouse, scroll down the page, or even clicking the mouse, the PSU start making that sound.

the sound come from inside the PSU. It kind near were the off/on switch on the PSU.

sometime, when i turn on the pc, the monitor is not even start.

Does the sound come and go quickly or does it persist once it starts.

Unplug your machine and give your PSU a good vacuuming, if it's more of a WHIiirrrIIIIrrrrIIIRrr type noise, the fan's bearings might be going.

lilboiz,

it sounds likes your PSU is dying..... if you have another pc around try swapping them out and see if it makes the noise in ur other one.
