i have planned to buy a new PSU and see what will happen. Thank you all of your helps. I will wrote again if my new PSU is not the problem that cause the problem.

But i still have a question.

what does Over Voltage Protection and Overload Protection does? Cause I am planned to buy a psu that have that kind of function.

That (try's to) protects youre pc when there is a power surge , and the overload protection will probebly shutdown youre psu/pc when there is to much current being used.

But they are no full proove protection for sure , i would still get a surge protector.
