Hey guys. I really am quite stuck with this. Last year, or maybe the year before. I bought an iRiver H10 mp3 player. And recently i have had problems with the sound. Wheni play a file, the file is all broken up, and i get a reallly loud crackling noise. I bought new headphoens recently so i know its not them. I don't know wheter its just the Headphone plug part (sorry don't know proper technical names) Or wheter its something more serious like what its reading inside? If anybody can help or tell me where i can get help from, then please let me know.

Have you checked to see if there is a newer firmware release for your player ?

Ive updated the firmware and everything. And have also reset all the factory settings. I have also used the iRiver "ask Alice" service. Its a problem inside the player. I think it may be the buffer, but everytime i press a button it stops and the songs plays and breaks etc. Its not a problem with the file quality as the fiels play fine on my computer.
