Default BIOS Won't Start

This morning, I turned on my PC and it wouldnt boot. My fans and all that would come on, but the BIOS wouldnt run. I was surfing the net last night, and turned it off for the night like I normally do. Nothing out of the ordinary, but this morning, it just wouldn't run. My thoughts are that the motherboard is fried, because it did the same thing to me when I first put it together. Anyone know of any tests I can do myself to see whats wrong?

My specs
ASPIRE X-Gear ATXB5KLW-BK Black Steel ATX Mid Tower
MSI K8N Neo4-F Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4

Nope, no beeps. Hard drive powers up as well, and is active for half a second but does nothing after that.
