Hi Drunken Monkey,

Welcome to the PC Help Forum.

We have a wonderful and multitalented team of Hardware Experts here and I'm sure we'll get to the bottom of this.

Does this problem go away when you remove the card. Is it possible that you're power supply can't handle the load? Have you tried another PCI slot?

Give these a try simply to rule out a few possibilities.

350 should do, it really depends on how many things you have draining it.

Does your PC start when you remove the card?

Welcome from me, sounds like there could be something up with that PCI card. PC works fine with the card out - PC doesn't even turn on with the card in....

Are there any obvious signs of damage to the card? Are you installing it firmly into the PCI slot so that the leading edge of the card is parallel with the PCI slot?
