Ok if it is, have you tried with the XP Disk? If yes, then you can download a boot disk from
http://www.bootdisk.com . Download the file(s) and put them on a floppy disk. Go into your BIOS and set the floppy disk as your first boot device. Insert the disk, restart the PC and you should then be able to setup Windows XP. Make sure you also have the CD in the drive as well.
