Default Titanium MD 8384 Factory Files

Hi, I'm new here so I don't know if this is in the right place. So please move if you need to.

I own the Medion Titanium MD 8384, and my E:\ drive (which holds all my factory .pqi and .oox files) has corrupted and I have lost all the content on it.

Does anyone know where I can get hold of all the factory files. I have contacted Medion and they said that they can't help... how useful!

Thanks people!

Hi there littlesmegger
Welcome to pchelpforum.

I have contacted Medion and they said that they can't help... how useful!

Hmm what can we say.... How did you try get hold of them, email/phone?
Have you tried speaking to the people you bought the PC from?

Would you be able to post your computers identification number (MED number).
If you are unsure about the number then click on the "identification number" on this page:

I hate poor service

It certainly doesn't make them look very good, does it? Follow Zimbo's advice and we will see what we can do for you.

By ID Number, do you mean 11169010070121.

Other than that, the site is useless...:computer_
