I am getting a blue screen crash when i exit a large program aka a game and if i dont wait 30 seconds befor i do anything else i will receive the blue screen crash now i can amagine it is due to a large load on my ram or cpu making it hardware related but no matter where i put my ram timmings or clock speeds it sure to happen anyway and i ran a memtest86+ to test ram and i ran it at my timming i use and clock speed for over a hour and no tests failed making me very unsure what the deal is so i will leave my pc specs below and if anyone can shead light on this i would by happy

Hi there JayLaw!

Could you please check if your RAM is tight on your mainboard, could you also check if your video card is?

Also make sure you have the latest drivers installed , and just in case , did you also check if it might be an heat issue?

i think i may have not solved but found the reason(problem) with my crashing and sounds like it holds water it apears thjat my Vcore was a bit low wich was at 1.39 according to the bios but sandra and cpuid said otherwise and found a voltage change of around 10mv so a quick and easy change of the Vcore of +25mv changed the voltage variance to be above 1.400 volts and prevent the voltage dipping under the min. recomended 1.400 if this sounds like it would matter in reguard to my problem let me know or any other ideas but as of now i have no trouble *knock on wood*

It could be that youre PSU is on its way out , can you try it with another PSU , maybe borrow one?
