Can you borrow another PSU to test? Also, can you test your PSU on another PC ?

Scince you cant see to get into your bios, most motherboards have a clear cmos jumper which will reset the bios to defaults and on the next boot wil reconfigure plug and play devices, either look in you motherboard manual or state the manufacturer and model of your boardand I'm sure someone will help you find this, to reset the cmos there are 3 pins usualy with a jumper over pins 1-2 al you have to do, is (with the power off) move the jumper to pins 2-3 for 5 seconds then move it back to pins 1-2.
